Who we are

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We personally do not collect data or use it.

Data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

Contact forms

If you choose to use the contact form, submissions are handled within a day or two for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes at all.

Analytics
Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka. user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites. Users may disable cookies or delete any individual cookie.

In addition, Google Analytics supports an optional browser add-on that – once installed and enabled – disables measurement by Google Analytics for any site a user visits. Note that this add-on only disables Google Analytics measurement.

Where a site or app uses Google Analytics for Apps or the Google Analytics for Firebase SDKs, Google Analytics collects an app-instance identifier — a randomly generated number that identifies a unique installation of an App. Whenever a user resets their Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID on Android, and ID for Advertisers on iOS), the app-instance identifier is also reset.

Where sites or apps have implemented Google Analytics with other Google Advertising products, like AdWords, additional advertising identifiers may be collected. Users can opt-out of this feature and manage their settings for this cookie using the Ads Settings.

Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from (also known as “IP geolocation”). Google Analytics provides a method to mask IPs that are collected (detailed below) but note that website owners have access to their users’ IP addresses even if the website owners do not use Google Analytics. Terms and Conditions

RETAINER AND PAYMENT

The Photographer will secure the designated service time and date upon receipt of contract, accompanied by a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee, equivalent to 25% of the total cost. Reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of both contract and retainer. The remaining payment for photography services must be settled in its entirety no later than 10 days preceding the scheduled shoot. The Photographer is not accountable for reminding the Client about payment deadlines. Failure to adhere to the specified payment schedule empowers the Photographer to promptly terminate the agreement without any subsequent obligations, while retaining any pre-paid amounts, and refraining from attending the scheduled shoot.

CANCELLATION

At the time the contract takes effect, the Photographer shall secure the mutually agreed-upon date and time, refraining from making any other bookings or accepting additional clients for said time-frame. Consequently, should the Client choose to cancel this contract for any rationale, the Photographer shall retain all payments received as compensation for potential business loss.

RESCHEDULING AND LATE ARRIVALS

Should the Client intend to reschedule a session, notification must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the slated time. Rescheduling is contingent upon the Photographer's availability and must occur within 30 days of the original appointment. Late arrivals will result in a corresponding deduction from the allotted session duration.
